Bristol Clay Shooting Club  shoots every Wednesday afternoon, come rain or shine, at Mendip shooting ground in the glorious Somerset countryside just south of Bristol.  We are a friendly, sociable, relaxed and almost entirely informal club who go and do something we love every week, and have a thoroughly good time doing it - all whilst getting a bit of fresh air!

The last few years have seen the club compete successfully in the BUCS National Championships, as well as at a host of friendly matches between other universities. These matches give members an excellent chance to travel the country, compete regularly and meet like-minded shooters from across the country.

We cater for all levels of experience and comittment, from absolute beginners to experienced competitors. Whether you want to come and learn an exciting new sport, improve your shooting or just come along and have an afternoon out with your mates, clay shooting is the sport for you!

The Men's 1st team 'shot to fame' after being featured in an issue of Clay Shooting Magazine in a piece about the BUSA Nationals, and we intend to perform in an equally noteworthy manner this year!
